Javi has more than ten years of experience in the video streaming industry. From leading technical product management, Javi also worked as a senior video engineer at Rakuten TV, and previously held roles spanning sound engineering, coding, and video engineering. He has been doing talks anywhere, from small meetups around Europe, America, or Australia, to IBC or Demuxed. Javi holds an executive MBA from ESIC in Barcelona and sits on the board of the Barcelona Video Tech organization. He teaches video encoding and video equipment subjects at Pompeu Fabra University.
